Le joueur gabonais Guy Reteno Elekana vient de conclure un bail d’un an, avec une en option, avec la formation du FC Banik Ostrava, club qui évolue en première division en République tchèque. Ancien sociétaire des clubs de deuxième et troisième divisions, c’est un nouveau challenge pour le Gabonais qui va pouvoir goûter aux joutes de la Liga tchèque.
« C’est un sentiment de joie, cela prouve que le travail paie. Il faut croire en Dieu et en soi-même. Il faut travailler et se battre, c’est un nouveau challenge pour moi que je compte relever avec mes armes », a-t-il confié à notre Rédaction.
Si son premier match avec sa nouvelle formation n’est prévue qu’en mars prochain, le joueur gabonais va pouvoir découvrir les installations du club courant janvier 2023.
